Mr. Vipin Sondhi is a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company since 16.07.2024.

He is an IIT and IIM Ahmedabad alumnus and is currently the Chairperson of the National Board for Quality Promotion, Quality Council of India, Chairperson of the CII Council for Green Mobility and holds other prestigious positions across various industrial, academic and social institutions.

He is former Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Ashok Leyland, JCB India and Tecumseh India, prior to which he has worked with Tata Steel and Shriram Honda. Out of his 37 years of experience in the Manufacturing and Engineering sector, 21 years he has been as an MD & CEO.
