We at DCM Shriram have stood by our legacy as a Socially Responsible citizen, uplifting our communities. This requires every one of us to step up, volunteer and channelize our efforts to help the communities in need.
‘WeVolunteer’ is the Employee Volunteering Program of DCM Shriram that has been designed with a philosophy to help keep the spirit of volunteering and kindness alive because the world needs it. It will act as a bridge to maximize the impact of our employee volunteering activities in a structured way and create a positive social impact.
Based on our survey and the interest shown by you, we have partnered with a few credible NGOs to help you volunteer and make a difference.
Khushali Sehat is a program of the DCM Shriram Foundation, focusing on preventive and promotive healthcare services for rural pregnant and lactating women and children from the most marginalized communities.
Khushali Swachhata is a program of the DCM Shriram Foundation, focusing on Solid Waste Management aimed at creating a zero-waste, zero-cost lighthouse model around our plant geographies.
Khushali Paryavaran is an environmental sustainability initiative aimed at maintaining ecological balance through tree plantation and water conservation initiatives.
Khushali Rozgaar is a skilling and livelihood initiative where we work across various sectors, including agriculture, livestock, artisan empowerment and youth skill development.
Khushali Shiksha focuses on Early Childhood Education by improving Anganwadis through enhanced infrastructure, capacity building of workers, and providing Teaching-Learning Materials (TLM). It aims to improve school readiness in children and foster a culture of education within families.
WeVolunteer, an inspiring employee volunteering platform integrated with CSR initiatives, gave us the chance to design engaging learning experiences for young children. It was truly therapeutic and fulfilling contributing to society through this program. It reminded us of the power of small efforts in creating meaningful change. Proud to be part of this journey!
It was a rewarding and a fulfilling day at DCM Shriram, as we collaborated with Pratham for a thoughtful initiative. Creating flashcards and colorful charts for Anganwadis felt nostalgic & rewarding. It's truly satisfying to contribute to such a meaningful cause with fun & creativity !
A great round of applause to our CSR Team for organising such a great workshop and giving us an opportunity to work towards society in a very special way. We collectively at our workplace created special learning materials for early-stage underprivileged children to study and learn basic education. It profoundly took us to an enormous satisfaction to pay back to the humanity by our own efforts, time, energies and individualistic involvement. It’s so very encouraging and I enthusiastically look forward for more such events to whole heartedly participate and contribute towards CSR volunteering initiatives and projects of our esteemed Organisation. Nevertheless, it’s an opportunity “NOT TO SKIP AND REALLY CHERISH AND FEEL PROUD FOR”!!!
