Mr. Vimal Bhandari, is a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company and is on the Board of the Company since 13.05.2003.

He is a Member of Nomination, Remuneration & Compensation Committee and Risk Management Committee of the Company. He graduated in Commerce from Sydenham College, University of Mumbai and is a Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has rich experience of more than 35 Years.

He is the Executive Vice Chairman and CEO of Arka Fincap Limited. He is also the Chairman of the Board of HDFC Trustee Company Limited. He is also a member of various committees of the Boards on which he sits as a director.
